Take a look here for a full breakdown of what’s included in your licensing agreement.
- How long will it take to build my site?
We estimate that from the point you sign your licensing agreement, you will be completely up and running with a Today site on your patch inside a month, hopefully much less.
- How does each site make money?
There will be a number of potential revenue streams on your site, from display advertising and sponsored content to event listings and job recruitment. You’ll be given guidance and support on monetising your site, and there will be considerable scope for you to maximise your revenue as you build your traffic and community.
- Where does my site revenue go?
You’ll keep either 50% or 80% of all revenue your individual site generates, depending on whether you’ve signed up for the £50/month or £150/month level.
- How much time do I need to commit to my site?
Depending on the size of your patch, you could comfortably run your own site with a minimum of 10 hours a week.
- Can I take on more than one patch?
Yes – there are a whole range of ways in which you could build a substantial hyperlocal business. Contact david@hyperlocaltoday.co.uk for more details.
